Meet Francina
Francina Annovia McGriff
Founder & Executive Director
Francina is the heart behind Annovia’s Endeavors Community Services Inc., an organization built on compassion, purpose, and a deep commitment to uplifting others.
​
Her passion for helping people spans many areas—from education and counseling to mentoring and community-based initiatives. Over the years, Francina has consistently stepped into spaces where support was needed most, even taking on roles outside her comfort zone to make a difference, including coaching youth in her community to help guide them toward positive paths.
​
As a founding member of Yonkers Fashion Week, Francina helped create opportunities for young people to explore creative careers in fashion, from modeling to design and photography—ensuring exposure to possibilities beyond their immediate environment.
​
Her work as a member of the Mayor’s Women’s Advisory Board reflects her continued dedication to creating meaningful programs that serve and uplift the Yonkers community.

The inspiration behind Annovia’s Endeavors Community Services Inc. was further solidified when Francina had the opportunity to assist an individual who had been experiencing homelessness for years. Witnessing his determination and transformation deeply impacted her, reinforcing her calling to help restore dignity, stability, and hope through the comfort of a fully furnished home.
With the unwavering support of her board members—who have long stood beside her in her journey—Francina continues to lead with compassion, ensuring that every family and individual served feels seen, supported, and valued.
